Browse through the site using the button SHOP until you find the item you wish to purchase.
From the product page select the size / color /quantity you’d like. Click ‘Add To Cart.’

PRICING POLICY

Tax rate is indicated in ‘Cart’ icon.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season. These prices are subject to change if the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Pounds, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Direct Debit and Solo cards. Payment can also be made by PayPal.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.
The customer must pay the full price of his order before we will send any part of it.
We take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside UK may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country (‘’Import Fees’’). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Les Friday, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Les Friday.
DELIVERY
COVID-19 Update: Please note that DHL is experiencing slight delays at the moment and shipping times may vary from 7-10 working days.

LES FRIDAY ships from London, United Kingdom. UK order are shipped with DHL ( 1-3 days delivery service) and the rest of the countries are shipped via DHL Express Service. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders will usually ship the next business day, unless stated otherwise in the product description field. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or public holidays.

We offer free delivery on orders starting from $300, both local and international.
DHL
​
DHL serves customers in over 220 countries and territories.
We do not cover taxes or duty on International shipments outside E.U which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, please read our Return Policy. Please include your Merchandise Return Form with the return.

Les Friday is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to Les Friday. All fees to ship the package back to the customer will be covered by the customer. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.lesfriday.co.uk, please send us a request for a Merchandise Return Form to info@lesfriday.co.uk within 14 days for UK and 21 days for International, of delivery date stating the reason for return. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of request approval.

Please include your Merchandise Return Form inside the parcel.

All articles being returned from the same order must be returned at the same time in one single shipment. Enclose the completed Merchandise Return Form with the items. Be sure to keep a copy of the receipt for your records.

By exchanging the item please indicate on your Merchandise Return Form the desired model/color or size.
​
Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
​
-Items should be returned unused, not have been altered or washed with all designer garment tags still attached including our ‘’DO NOT REMOVE ‘’ hang tag. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and a refund refused.
​
-Belts, removable trims and any designer notions, where provided, such as extra buttons, studs, pins etc. should be included with your return.
*Sale items however are considered final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund or credit.

EXCHANGES

Whilst we are constantly striving to improve, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you are looking for a different size, colour, or style- please place a new order. Please follow our returns procedure on how to return an item(s) you no longer want.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN

We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Les Friday. International customers interested in a return for a refund must cover return shipping costs. For more information on making an international return please email info@lesfriday.co.uk

REQUEST A RETURN
​
We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment. To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization.

1. Email us at info@lesfriday.co.uk to request your Return Merchandise Form
2. Enter your invoice number as a subject and state the reason for return.
3. Let us know what exactly you would like to return/exchange in your email.
4. Once you hear back from us with the approval and Return Merchandise form, fill it out, date and sign. Include it in your package along with original receipt.
5. Take it to a post office nearby or a shipping office of your choice and make sure to keep a copy of documents and shipping receipt.
6. We will process your return once it is received and evaluated at our warehouse.
