  • What size am I
    Size guide: *All measurements are in Centimetres. BUST: Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust.Keep tape level around your body, parallel to the floor. WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape comfortably loose. HIPS: Stand with your feet together and measure aroundthe fullest parts of your hips so the tape is just covering your peach. If you measurements are between sizes, select the size based on the largest measurement. Skirt and Dresses approximate length ratios. These may vary depending on style of the garment
  • Can’t find an item I was looking for
    If you cannot find an item you are looking for, do not worry. You can either drop us an email with a description or a photo of an item that you saw on a Celebrity/Influencer and we could produce it for you. Lead times vary from 2-3 weeks, depending on an item
  • How do I return an item
    Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days for UK and 30 days for International customers from the date you received your order to return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all designer garment tags still attachedincluding our ‘’DO NOT REMOVE ‘’hangtag. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Returns across the UK are accepted within 14 days from the day the order isdelivered. International return requests are accepted within 21 days from the day the order was delivered. Before you return something you must notify us in writting and obtain a Merchandise Return Form by emailing us at You must include your Merchandise Return Form inside the parcel that you would have gotten from us, signed, dated and stating a reason for return. All articles being returned from the same order must be returned at the same time in one single shipment. Enclose the completed Merchandise Return Form with the items. Be sure to keep a copy of all documents as well proof of shipment for your records. Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • How do I Exchange an Item
    Whilst we are constantly striving to improve, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you are looking for a different size, colour, or style - please place a new order. Please follow our returns procedure on how to return an item(s) you no onger want.
  • How do I make an International Return
    We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Les Friday. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. For more information on making an international return please email

  • Can I change or amend my order when it has been placed?
    Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.   • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your waybill number to track your package.
